The Williams Fund is offered in all four counties we serve (when funding is avaialble). It works in virtual transparency with the Low Income Energy Assistance Program with a couple of exceptions.

Exception #1... The Williams fund operates on the State's fiscal year (July 1 to June 30) not the Fed's (October 1 to September 30).

Exception #2... The Williams fund does not prioritize any particular age or household composition group EXCEPT those who are subject to disconnect and then on the urgency of the disconnect order (0-24 hours, 24 hours or more, etc.).
