Information & Classes

Low income housing loan information: Oregon Veterans, Federal Veterans, USDA Rural Development, loan programs with Oregon Housing and Community Services, and the Oregon Bond program.

"Tenant Readiness" Teaching renters how to become better tenants. Improving relationships between tenants, rental owners and managers.

"First Time Home Buyers" The ABC's of home buying; an approved course for classes on how the process works. Learn how to get prequalified with a lender, choose a realtor, make an offer on a home or property and close at the title company.
